Return and refund of WonferFold® products

We strive to make our returns policy as simple and easy as possible! Customers may return our products within 15 days of purchase for any reason if the item is in new condition with all original packaging materials. Since many families want to try our products and we sell exclusively online at the moment, we want to bring our store directly to your door.

If you decide you don't like our product after testing it, we offer no-cost return shipping for customers located in France and Monaco (as long as the item is returned in new condition). In order to be considered a new product, we recommend testing it indoors. If the product has manufacturing defects, we can simply replace it or provide a prepaid return label for a full refund upon request.

If the returned wagon is in poor condition and cannot be put back on sale as a new product, a deduction of 20% as well as the amount of shipping costs will be made at the time of reimbursement. In the event of disagreement, the customer can recover their wagon either by collection at our depot or by paying the shipping costs.

For customers located outside of France/Monaco, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The amount will be communicated before making the return and must be validated by the customer.


How to proceed with a return?

Contact our customer service via our online form with the details of your order to return to obtain a return label.
Once our customer service representative verifies that your request complies with our return policy, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.


Simply print the return label, place it on the original shipping package, and drop it off at any Post Office.


We will issue a refund within 7 days.

exceptions:

We only offer our return shipping for customers located in France and Monaco.

For returns from countries in Zone 1,2, 3 and 4, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Please contact our customer service for any information. If a returned item that we receive has clearly been used and / or does not comply with our return policy, we have the right to refuse the refund.
