Return and refund of WonferFold® products
We strive to make our return policy as simple and easy as possible. Customers can return our products within 15 days of purchase for any reason, provided the item is in new condition with all original packaging materials. If this right of withdrawal is exercised, the costs of returning the products remain the responsibility of the customer. The amount of the return shipping costs will be communicated to the customer in advance.
To ensure the returned item is considered new, we recommend testing it inside. If the returned wagon is in poor condition and cannot be resold as new, a 20% deduction will automatically be applied to the refund. If you disagree with this, you can retrieve your wagon by paying the return shipping costs.
If the product has manufacturing defects, we can simply replace it or provide a prepaid return label for a full refund upon request.
How to proceed with a return?
Contact our customer service via our online form with the details of your order to return to obtain a return label.
Once our customer service representative has verified that your request complies with our return policy and after payment of the fees, we will send you a shipping label.
Simply print the return label, place it on the original shipping package and drop it off at any post office.
We will issue a refund within 7 days.
If a returned item we receive has clearly been used and/or does not comply with our return policy, we may refuse a refund.
