Guarantee of products purchased on the BabyWagon website
When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold® product, you have the right to receive a product free from any manufacturing defect. for a period of one year from the date of purchase of the product.
For any complaints regarding missing parts or cosmetic damage, customers should contact BabyWagon within 30 days of purchase.
A sales receipt or order number is required as proof of purchase when submitting any warranty claim. Your proof of purchase must show that you are the original purchaser of the product.
If, after reviewing your complaint, we find that a manufacturing defect exists with your WonderFold® product, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, the part or product at no cost to you.
The warranty does not apply when damage results from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, maintenance, storage or cleaning inadequate.
Misuse of a product includes, but is not limited to:
- Exceeding weight restrictions
- Do not use as directed
- Disregard warning labels and recommendations provided on the instructions or on the packaging
We will not act on any claim or damage resulting from accident, freight or air travel.
