Shipping / Delivery

 

When you place an order on www.babywagon.com, all products in stock are shipped within 48/72 hours after your order is validated.

In France and Monaco, delivery is made within 1 or 2 business days with UPS or Chronopost*. If you are not home, the package will be left at the post office nearest to your address, and you will have 15 days to collect it. With UPS, it will be redelivery the following day. Shipping is free for all orders of €201 or more. For orders under €201, a flat fee of €15 will be added to your order. The delivery option and the cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.

For Zone 1 countries:  Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Area 2: Austria, Finland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, delivery is made in 72-96 hours with UPS or DHL*. If, however, you are absent, another delivery attempt will be scheduled the next day. For any order of an amount greater than or equal to 201 euros, shipping costs are free. For orders less than 201 euros, a flat rate of 29 Euros is added to your order. The amount will be indicated before validation of the payment.

For other countries in Europe (Zones 3-4): delivery takes 4 business days via UPS or FedEx*. If you are not home, another delivery attempt will be scheduled for the following day. For orders of €201 or more, shipping costs are €99 . For orders under €201, a flat fee of €39 will be added to your order. This amount will be displayed before payment confirmation.
